Celebrating his return, Megadeth also shared the album’s first single, “We’ll be back”Which comes with a bloody wartime music video that for the first time provides the origins of Vic Rattlehead.

The Sick, the Dying… and the Dead! Grammy® integrates angry returns into a form that begins with a win- Dystopia, When musically pushed forward and marks Mustan’s recent victory over throat cancer. Reunion of visionary MEGADETH leader and sonic architect Dave Mustaine with co-producer Chris Rockstro (Denzig, Parkway Drive), who co-hosted 2016 Dystopia, The album was recorded at Mustaine’s home studio in Nashville, Tennessee, with guitarist Keiko Laurero and drummer Dirk Verburen. Bassist Steve DiGiorgio temporarily entered to record the album – with the start of Megadeth’s recent tour, Megadeth-alumni James Lomenzo reunited with the Megadeth family as a permanent bass player.

“For the first time in a long time, everything we needed on this record is right in its place,” Dave Mustane cheered. “I can’t wait for the public to catch this!”

Featuring some of Mustaine’s strongest lyric writing while incorporating the rest of the band’s writing, The Sick, the Dying… and the Dead! Bringing together everything exciting and special about MEGADETH. More mid-tempo and melodious “Soldier on!” From “Night Stalkers” (featuring the icon Ice-T) to the roaring throwback fury and the first single “We Will Be Back”. And a very personal title track, with its sleek twists and turns.
