The government IS preparing for a People's Vote

CAMBRIDGE MA- MAY 25 Facebook Founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg delivers the commencement address at the Alumni Exercises at Harvard's 366th commencement exercises

The march will start at noon tomorrow by the Hilton Hotel on Park Lane with demonstrators marching to Parliament Square to hear speeches in support of a new vote from 2pm.

Around 100,000 activists are expected to march in what has been billed as the biggest public protest against the Brexit situation to date.

An estimated 700,000 people marched through London on Saturday (20 October) to demand that the British government holds a second referendum on the terms of Brexit.

In a video shown at the event, Scotland's First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said her Scottish National Party supports a people's vote.

"Does that mean I think this negotiation will get tougher before we reach our goal? Yes".

A no deal Brexit is trading at evens on Betfair Sportsbook after Theresa May struggled to make progress in her negotiations with European Union leaders at a summit in Brussels. The second problem is the border between Northern Ireland, which is a part of the United Kingdom, and the Republic of Ireland, which is the European Union member and does not even think about leaving the interstate alliance.

Britain is scheduled to leave the European Union in March, and the Bank of England has warned that economic chaos will follow if the sides fail to reach a deal.

Civil servants have reportedly begun contingency planning for a second Brexit referendum amid fears Theresa May is unable to get parliament to back a deal.

Speaking on TalkRADIO he said: "You say there may be hundreds of thousands, there were 17.4million who voted to leave".

Thousands of campaigners arrived dressed in royal blue clothing emblazoned with gold stars, brandishing signs which read "bin Brexit now" and "I want a say on Brexit".

"What could be more democratic, what could be more British than trusting the judgement of the British people?" asked London Mayor Sadiq Khan asked by the BBC what his message for Theresa May was as he joined the #PeoplesVote march.

Chuka Umunna, MP for Streatham, said: Brexit comes down to one thing: isolation vs unity. Back in the last march in June we had two coaches but this time it is a massive increase and people are concerned about the way the country is going.

"And if that means there are some hard days in Brussels, well that's just something I have to deal with", she said. Celebrity speakers included Steve Coogan, Delia Smith and Deborah Meaden.

Ms Soubry said: "It is clear we are the many".

Among the protesters was "Lord of the Rings" actor Andy Serkis, who said he believes there should be a second referendum "now that people are more informed" compared to 2016, when Britons voted to pull out of the EU.

"Having met regularly with constituents and businesses over this, I know that many are keen to know that we are working to give them certainty through this exit process, and that requires the Government's focus also on delivery of a good future trading relationship".

"I'm afraid the political leaders have made a dog's dinner of it and none of us really trust them anymore to take final decision, whatever the result the of negotiations".
