Trump Calls Stormy Daniels 'Horseface' in Gloating Twitter Post

Judge tosses Stormy Daniels defamation suit against Trump More

United States President Donald Trump has insulted the physical appearance of adult film actress Stormy Daniels, calling her "Horseface" in a tweet about a recent court ruling.

The jab at Daniels came a day after her libel lawsuit against the President was thrown out by a federal judge in Los Angeles; her lawyer, Michael Avenatti, returned fire - calling the President a "disgusting misogynist". Trump is entitled to full legal fees.' @FoxNews Great, now I can go after Horseface and her 3rd rate lawyer in the Great State of Texas.

"I'm a father to two daughters. how do you tell your kids to look up to the president of the United States when he behaves in this manner?", Avenatti said. She is arguing that the agreement is invalid because he never signed it, and that claim is still in proceedings. The claim lawsuit was filed when Trump tweeted that Daniels' claims of being intimidated to stay quiet about their alleged affair was a "total con job". Trump also misspelled Daniels' name in the message to the world.

That "game on, Tiny" gag "could result in a nuclear strike", Kimmel cautioned.

She filed the case after the president tweeted that she had invented a story about being threatened for speaking out about the alleged relationship.

He said in a second tweet that any fees Trump might be awarded from the defamation case would "be dwarfed by the fees he and Cohen will be required to pay in connection with the NDA case".

Trump appeared to be referring to a letter Daniels signed in January, in which she denied having an affair with Trump in 2006. "How many other women did you cheat on your wife with while you had a baby at home?" he tweeted. "Trump's contrary claims are as deceptive as his claims about the inauguration attendance".

The federal judge overseeing Daniels' case ultimately decided that Trump's tweet was constitutionally protected speech, opening the door wide for 45 to lash out again on his favorite social media platform.

"The tweet in question constitutes "rhetorical hyperbole" normally associated with politics and public discourse in the USA", read Otero's ruling.
