Guardiola won't expedite return of World Cup players

Hart included in Man City's pre-season tour of the US

It seemed like the chance to take these players on loan had gone for clubs a couple of weeks ago by Sky Sports have today revealed Pep Guardiola is still considering what to do.

Guardiola could still be looking to sign on a central midfielder, after Chelsea closed the deal with Jorginho.

Jorginho is a one of a kind midfielder, and Guardiola will no doubt be frustrated to have lost him to us. English football received an exceptional player at the end. We will try and find solution for him.

Benjamin GARRE from Argentina made his debut for Manchester City in a 1-0 pre-season friendly loss to Borussia Dortmund.

"I know it is not easy for him what happened in the last period, but he's with us and tomorrow he's going to play".

Hart spent last season on loan at West Ham, however, the former England number one is in the squad as he searches for a permanent move away.

Mahrez, 27 years old, has made the move to the Etihad in a £60m deal as Guardiola looks to mould the tricky winger into the flawless player to push Raheem Sterling and Leroy Sane for their starting positions in the side.

Goalkeeper Joe Hart, whose future remains up in the air, was given a run out in the second half by Guardiola, as was the winger Leroy Sané, who was surprisingly left out of Germany's World Cup squad.

The majority of Guardiola's squad are on holiday after their World Cup exploits but new signing Riyad Mahrez made his first appearance for the club against the Germans in a youthful lineup.

"It's been a pleasure working with academy players over the last few days". The national trainer decided what's the best for the national team. But Guardiola is philosophical about his preparations for the start of the season despite the Premier League opener against Arsenal on August 12, two weeks after their return. It was a good game.

"I need to do what's right for me and my family and that's the decision I'll be making", said Hart.
