While McCain was known for being one of the best talk show hosts in Fox, she was also popularly known as an outspoken tongue who usually lashed out the US President #Donald Trump on her Twitter posts.

McCain, 32, is the daughter of Republican U.S. Senator and 2008 presidential nominee John McCain, who is now battling brain cancer.

Jedediah Bila, the only conservative cohost, left the show recently, paving the way for self-identified Republican McCain.

Fresh off a fast exit from Fox News, Meghan McCain is joining ABC's The View.

It's only been a week since the reporter left Outnumbered and now she'll be by sharing insights with co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sara Haines, Paula Faris, and Sunny Hostin. While ABC refused to comment, an insider claims that the decision to tap McCain to join the show is because the ABC show needs a stronger conservative voice following Elisabeth Hasselbeck's exit back in 2013.
