Just less than a month after welcoming twins from a surrogate mother, Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo have confirmed he's expecting another baby, this time with his girlfriend.

Ronaldo's baby with the 23e-year-old will be his fourth.

Cristiano then shocked the world in June when he revealed on his Facebook page he had become a father to twins via another surrogate, choosing Eva and Mateo as their names. "Yes, very", Ronaldo replied.

The 32-year-old Real Madrid soccer superstar secretly welcomed twins Eva and Mateo, who are believed to have been born via a surrogate in the USA, into the world last month, and the sportsman has now confirmed he will be expanding his brood with his 22-year-old girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez who is believed to be expecting her first child.

Ronaldo captioned the photo, "Big family with love".

Proud Ronaldo also admitted his newborn twin babies - Eva and Mateo - were "precious" and that he had a lot to learn when it comes to changing their nappies. The identity of the boy's mother has remained unknown to the public.

Ronaldo and Rodriguez confirmed their relationship in January when they walked the Best FIFA Football Awards red carpet together. "I do not get on very well, but I try", the soccer star said.
